Cascode SRPP

This circuit has several names, it is basically a common cathode amplifier which is loaded not by a resistor, but by another triode acting as kind of current source.

If you make Rk1 equal to Rk2, the circuit is actually 2 triodes under the same operating conditions. Do not make cathode resistors too different as it will quickly unbalance the circuit.
Note that the output is to be taken on Vk2 point (not on Vg2).
