Fixed-bias cathodyne phase inverter

Circuit #5

A single triode mounted as phase inverter, biased by a resistor bridge.
Easy to design: set the grid voltage to something between 1/3 and 1/4 of the supply voltage. The tube will attempt to set identical drop voltage across Ra and Rk, which values will be very close to 1/3 to 1/4, and the tube itself will sustain 1/3 to 1/2 of the supply voltage.

A too low value of Rk may prevent the solver to converge.
